About Eric:

Eric Lipscomb moved to the Lehigh Valley after graduation from DeSales University. He spent three and a half years working in the custodial arts at a local high school. Cooking and similar pursuits had long been a favorite pastime, learned from his grandmother, mother, and father, as well as a small restaurant he worked at while living in New Jersey.

Eric now enjoys working as a cook in a local restaurant, as well as milking the goats and cows at the farm and making cheese. Fishing, hiking, bowling, and very amateur woodworking are some of the other pastimes that Eric enjoys, in addition to watching his goldfish, Charlie.
